As Founder and CEO of Impact Legacy Group, LLC, Trent has expanded into multiple franchise ventures in Central Florida. Prior to entrepreneurship, he managed more than $750 million in mortgage volume at Merrill Lynch and Foundation Financial Group.

Trent is also Founder and CEO of Impact Learning Centers — 5-star rated Early Childhood Education Centers fully Accredited with Gold Seal designations from the Florida Department of Children and Families, serving over a thousand children and families throughout Northeast Florida.

Trent is the Founder of Leading Legacy™ — a leadership development organization rooted in Philippians 4:13, providing executive coaching, C-Suite consulting, and keynote speaking. His mission: develop leaders who understand that leadership carries responsibility beyond results, and that every decision, every standard, and every person developed becomes part of the legacy you leave behind.

A passionate advocate for children and educational policy, Trent serves on multiple boards. He earned a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Florida, where he was also a student athlete. Married for more than twenty years, proud parent of five.
